After working as a registered nurse in a hospital setting for 23 years, I decided to return to school for massage therapy, graduating from Pacific Northwest Massage Academy in June 2023. As a nurse during the pandemic, I saw the effects of isolation and lack of human contact take a toll on my patients. As businesses began to open up after the lockdown, I sought massage therapy to manage my stress while working in the hospital. This was the turning point for me. As I left my massage therapist's office, I felt relaxed and balanced in mind, body, and spirit. I knew this was the path I wanted to take to help people heal from within and find relief from their stressors. As a person who enjoys strength training, I am very familiar with the benefits of deep tissue work, and that is what I am most passionate about. I also offer Swedish massage, cupping, hot stone, and prenatal massage.
