IT ALL STARTED WHEN...

Growing up with chronic neck tension, I found catharsis in kneading the knotted muscles of friends and family, and my interest in the connections between touch, pain, and healing began. Before massage school, I received my B.A. in Communications and Alternative Health at Evergreen State College. There, I came to understand how personal stories and personal health are interconnected. My time at the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy solidified my passion for helping people find relief from the persistent pain and tension that I knew all too well.
