Rose Rock Bodywork is here for people who feel exhausted from trying-to-do-all the things by offering concentrated deep body and soul work.

My approach to bodywork is intuitive. Your body knows exactly what it needs to heal. My job is to listen to your body and connect with your higher self so that you receive exactly the kind of work that you need.

Different parts of the body may need different techniques or modalities depending on the accumulated stress within the tissues and any injuries of or around the tissue. The levels of pressure I use range from light and relaxing to deep and invigorating. Whether your goal is deep relaxation, treating an injury, or feeling like a million bucks, it all has therapeutic value.
